30-Day Quality Guarantee
Every piece is inspected before it leaves our workshop. If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll make it right within 30 days—full refund, no questions asked.
Change of Mind Returns
Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind and hand-restored, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
We process our refunds on the last day of each calendar month, to the card they were purchased with. If you paid via bank transfer or cash we will refund via bank transfer to your nominated account.

What You'll Get
Every restoration is handcrafted to your vision. We'll work closely with you to match your chosen style, but because we're restoring authentic second-hand timber, each piece carries its own character, grain patterns, and history. That's what makes it one-of-a-kind—and unmistakably yours.
Structural Integrity Comes First
Your furniture may arrive with warping, misalignment, or hidden damage. We'll repair and stabilise everything we can to ensure it's safe and built to last. If we find non-solid components (MDF, particle board, veneer) that compromise strength, we'll replace them with solid timber alternatives—at no extra cost to you.
Some imperfections in older timber can't be fully corrected, but we'll always be upfront about what's possible before we start.
Our Restoration Process
Every piece is hand-sanded, prepped, undercoated, painted or stained, and finished in our Narangba workshop. Because we work with reclaimed timber, the final result shows the natural character of the wood—authentic texture, warmth, and soul. Not a flawless showroom finish, but a beautifully restored heirloom you'll be proud to own.
Our 7-Day Assurance
Custom work is final once completed, as each piece is made specifically to your brief. Before we start, we'll discuss your style preferences, colour choices, and any concerns about the piece's condition—so there are no surprises.
If you're unhappy with the result, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery. We'll assess the issue and offer solutions where reasonable. We stand behind our craftsmanship, and if we've missed the mark on the agreed brief, we'll make it right.
