Questions About Our Furniture?
FAQ'S
What makes your furniture different from mass-produced pieces?
Every piece is one-of-a-kind, handcrafted from reclaimed solid timber in our Petrie workshop. We don't use particle board, MDF, or veneer—only genuine teak, oak, pine, cedar, and silky oak. Each piece has unique character and is built to last generations, not years.
Can I view furniture before purchasing?
Yes! All our pieces are available to view at our Narangba workshop in North Brisbane. Contact us to arrange a time that suits you.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer free delivery across Brisbane as well as free click-and-collect from our Narangba workshop.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1-2. We'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date once your order is confirmed.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the damage.
Do you accept returns?
30-Day Quality Guarantee
Every piece is inspected before it leaves our workshop. If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll make it right within 30 days—full refund, no questions asked.
Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and hand-restored, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Want to see it in person first? Visit our Narangba workshop anytime—call or text 0450 056 333.

Can you restore my old furniture?
Yes! We offer custom furniture restoration services. Text photos to 0450 056 333 or email us with your style preferences, and we'll provide a free quote within 1-2 business days.
What types of furniture can you restore?
We restore dining tables, desks, buffets, sideboards, entertainment units, dressers, drawers, chairs, benches, and vintage or antique pieces—as long as they're solid timber. We don't restore particle board, MDF, or veneer furniture.
What should I expect from restored furniture?
Custom restoration brings new life to old timber, but it won't look brand new or flawless. Reclaimed timber has natural character marks, grain patterns, and minor imperfections that make each piece unique. We repair structural issues and create a beautiful finish, but authentic character will remain.
How much does custom restoration cost?
Pricing varies based on size, condition, and the work required. Contact us with photos for a free, no-obligation quote.
How do I care for my solid timber furniture?
Use coasters and placemats, wipe spills immediately, clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, and keep furniture away from direct sunlight. Visit our Product Information page for detailed care instructions.
