All our furniture is crafted from genuine solid timber – teak, silky oak, cedar, pine, and maple. No particle board, MDF, veneer, or mass-produced imports. Just real timber built to last generations.

We use sustainably sourced, eco-friendly materials including:

• Reclaimed solid timber (teak, oak, pine, cedar, silky oak)
• Water-based paints (not oil-based)
• Natural beeswax and clear matt finishes for protection
• Recycled and reclaimed materials whenever possible

Every piece is restored with care to minimise environmental impact.

Absolutely! We welcome you to visit our workshop in Petrie (North Brisbane) to see pieces in person before buying.

• Please allow 24–48 hours notice for scheduling

All furniture is protected with a clear matt finish and natural beeswax, making it ready for everyday use.

To keep your piece looking beautiful:

• Wipe spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth
• Use warm soapy water for cleaning (avoid harsh chemicals)
• Apply Gilly's Clear Natural Liquid Beeswax as needed for extra lustre (available at Bunnings)
• Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading
