Transport, Turnaround Times & Payment

We offer Complimentary Free Pick Up & Drop Off of your item/s across Brisbane.

If you reside outside of Brisbane & surrounds, we can arrange transport for an added cost.

Turnaround Times for the work are up to 3 weeks.

For Our Custom Restore & Restyle Transformations we do request up-front payment via Bank Transfer or Cash upon collection of your piece/s.

If you're comfortable with your quote, we'll book in a suitable day/time for your furniture.

When bookings are full we can place you on our waitlist and get you in as soon as possible.

Where are you located?

We are located in Petrie 4502, North Brisbane

Can you help me decide on what will look best for my furniture?

Yes, of coarse. If you're unsure of what you'd like done we can discuss some ideas with you and help you make the right decision for your furniture.

Can I come and see the type of work you do before I book in my furniture?

Absolutely, before you book in your furniture, feel free to come and take a look at our ready made pieces so you can see the texture of finishes and browse some colours that you may like.

What paints & finishes do you use?

We will use Porter's Paints Eggshell Finish, as well as Taubmans & Dulux water based matt finish paints depending on colour selections. We use Natural lemon scented beeswax on occasion for added paint protection and easy cleaning. For raw timber surfaces we apply several coats of Matt Finished water based polyurethane.

How long will a Restoration & Restyle take?

A Restyle of your furniture can take up to 3 weeks from the time of collection

Can you pick up or drop off my furniture?

Yes absolutely! We provide free complimentary pick up, and drop off on completion of the work. You're also welcome to personally drop off and collect from us in Petrie 4502, North Brisbane, if you prefer.

Why do you request up-front payments?

We request up-front payments upon collection, this way you are protected from cost overruns or events outside of your control & we obtain timely payment for materials, costs and labour without delays.

Do you provide updates, photos & progress reports during the Restoration & Restyle process?

Unfortunately not. Before we book you in and collect your piece/s we will work with you to make sure you're comfortable with your decision.

If we do finish your furniture early, we will be in contact with you to arrange early delivery.
