Refunds and Returns 30 Days

Products not fit for use OR do not meet the function of their listed description, can be repaired for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If the item can not be repaired, you will be given a full refund.

The cost of repairing your item is complimentary, however the Repair or Return Transport costs and/or the transport movements to our location are to be paid for/organised by you the purchaser.


Refunds will be processed via this site to the card they were purchased on at the end of each calendar month.

Exchanges and Change of mind 

We do not offer change of mind or exchanges.
