Refunds and Returns 30 Days
- Products not fit for use OR do not meet the function of their listed description, can be repaired for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If the item can not be repaired, you will be given a full refund.
- The cost of repairing your item is complimentary, however the Repair or Return Transport costs and/or the transport movements to our location are to be paid for/organised by you the purchaser
- Refunds will be processed via this site to the card they were purchased on at the end of each calendar month.
Exchanges and Change of mind
- We do not offer change of mind or exchanges.
- Please select your chosen piece carefully or contact us for an inspection before purchase if you’re unsure of your choice.From time to time we may decide that your circumstance warrants a situation that we deem necessary to permit you a change of mind. In this case your refund will be dependant on us reselling your purchased item. Please contact us for further details.
Collection after purchasing
- You have up to 2 weeks to collect your order
- Unless prior arrangements have been made, We will charge $50 per week storage costs if you fail to collect in this timeframe
- If you do not collect in this timeframe we reserve the right to refund your money and re-list your item for sale. Refunds are made at the end of each calendar month
