How it works:

  1. Complete your purchase online
  2. We'll contact you within 24 hours to arrange a pickup time
  3. Collect your piece from our workshop in Petrie 4502, North Brisbane

Pickup times:

  • Friday–Sunday by appointment
  • Please allow 24–48 hours notice for scheduling

Important:

  • Each piece is one-of-a-kind and ready to go home with you immediately upon pickup
  • Please bring appropriate transport—we're happy to help you load
  • Workshop address will be provided once order is confirmed

30-Day Return Policy:

If your product is not as described or does not meet its intended function, contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return.

Change of Mind Returns:

We don't offer change-of-mind returns, as each piece is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted specifically for you.

Custom Furniture Restoration - Refund Policy

What to Expect from Custom Work

Every restoration is unique. We'll work closely with you to match your vision and chosen style, but because we're restoring second-hand timber furniture, exact reproductions aren't possible. Each piece has its own character, grain patterns, and history that influence the final result.

Pre-Existing Damage & Structural Repairs

Your furniture may arrive with warping, misalignment, or hidden damage. We'll repair and stabilise what we can, but some imperfections in older timber cannot be fully corrected. If we find non-solid components (MDF, particle board, veneer) that compromise structural integrity, we'll replace or remove them with solid timber alternatives to ensure your piece is safe and built to last.

Our Restoration Process

We hand-sand, prep, undercoat, paint or stain, and finish each piece in our Petrie workshop. Because we're working with reclaimed timber, the final result will show the natural character of the wood—not a flawless showroom finish. Expect a beautifully restored, one-of-a-kind piece with authentic timber texture and warmth.

Refunds & Changes

Custom restoration work is final once completed. We don't offer refunds on finished pieces, as each is made specifically to your brief. Before we start, we'll discuss your style preferences, colour choices, and any concerns about the piece's condition.

If you're unhappy with the result, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery. We'll assess the issue and offer solutions where reasonable, but we cannot refund work that meets the agreed brief or reflects the natural limitations
