Due to insurance reasons the driver we use can't take up-stairs or inside for you, which includes unit complexes. If you do reside in a unit complex, the driver will help you place in the loading bay or the carpark of your complex

On arrival to your location, the driver we use will need your help unloading, so he can help you get it as close to your front door as possible
